Job Description
A leading service provider seeks a highly organised and efficient Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This is a fixed-term contract opportunity, working 5 hours per day, in-office, Monday – Friday (09:00 – 14:00).
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. A multitasking master with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
Assisting with client bookings & queries
Assisting with client whatsapp line
Ensuring customer details are updated
Assisting with daily booking sheets

Requirements
2+ years of experience in office administration
Strong customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Google Suite
Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
