Job Description

Are you a proactive Administrator with excellent supplier management skills? We’re recruiting on behalf of a family-owned business a detail-oriented and organised individual to join their team on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Capture and maintain supplier data
  • Contact suppliers for quotes, invoice amendments, and statement reconciliation
  • Manage logistics paperwork and manual data entry
  • Communicate with the Property Rental Management team to request statements and organise digital records

Requirements

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Basic bookkeeping or Excel data entry experience
  • Background in supplier management, property management, or logistics (advantageous)
  • Excellent email communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working with a creative, diverse, and fast-paced team
