Job Description
Are you a proactive Administrator with excellent supplier management skills? We’re recruiting on behalf of a family-owned business a detail-oriented and organised individual to join their team on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Capture and maintain supplier data
- Contact suppliers for quotes, invoice amendments, and statement reconciliation
- Manage logistics paperwork and manual data entry
- Communicate with the Property Rental Management team to request statements and organise digital records
Requirements
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Basic bookkeeping or Excel data entry experience
- Background in supplier management, property management, or logistics (advantageous)
- Excellent email communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with a creative, diverse, and fast-paced team
