What You’ll Do

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and scheduled meetings.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to optimise the scheduling process.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets in a structured and supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in appointment setting, telesales, or customer engagement.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • confident and professional phone manner with strong persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle objections calmly and maintain a positive client experience.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
