A busy truck dealership is seeking a proactive part-time, remote Lead Generator & Appointment Setter to support their business development efforts for an average of 10 hours a week. You’ll play a critical role in lead generation, database refinement, and appointment scheduling for the Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to secure appointments.
- Contact existing clients to validate, update, and clean the client database.
- Identify decision-makers responsible for truck purchases and generate quality leads through outbound engagement.
- Accurately capture call outcomes, contact information, and follow-up actions in a structured format.
Requirements
- Experience in data capturing, lead generation, and appointment setting.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written).
- Strong telephone etiquette and professional communication skills.
- Proven ability to navigate gatekeepers and engage with decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with high attention to detail and accountability for deliverables.
