- Maintain organised digital filing systems and databases
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of records
- Respond to emails and handle basic client communication professionally
- Assist with travel bookings and expense tracking
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks and document preparation
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding items
- Collaborate with other remote team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Access to a reliable internet connection and personal laptop
- Experience working remotely is advantageous, but not essential
