Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates during recruitment campaigns
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant HR data
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Help draft employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documents
- Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Assist with organising training sessions and employee engagement activities
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Qualifications and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in an HR support or administrative role
- Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Access to a reliable internet connection and personal laptop
- Familiarity with HR software or systems (advantageous but not essential)
