Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates during recruitment campaigns
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant HR data
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Help draft employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documents
  • Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with organising training sessions and employee engagement activities
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in an HR support or administrative role
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and personal laptop
  • Familiarity with HR software or systems (advantageous but not essential)
