Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a UK-based executive with day-to-day administrative and personal tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestic and international.
- Handle email correspondence and follow up on key action items.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Conduct online research and summarise findings clearly.
- Liaise with internal teams and external contacts on behalf of the executive.
- Manage reminders, task lists, and ad-hoc personal or administrative duties.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong time management and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and task management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana).
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- A reliable laptop and stable internet connection are essential.
