Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a UK-based executive with day-to-day administrative and personal tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely with an established and growing company that values efficiency, reliability, and clear communication.

As the right-hand person to a busy executive, you’ll play a key role in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and streamlining operations. If you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestic and international.
  • Handle email correspondence and follow up on key action items.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Conduct online research and summarise findings clearly.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external contacts on behalf of the executive.
  • Manage reminders, task lists, and ad-hoc personal or administrative duties.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and task management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana).
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • A reliable laptop and stable internet connection are essential.
