Job Description

A reputable advisory company is seeking a dedicated and organised Personal Assistant to support the owner of the business. The ideal candidate will either have experience in the insurance industry or be willing to undergo training in Discovery’s systems and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and organisational support to the financial advisor.
  • Assist with client communication, appointment scheduling, and document preparation.
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Maintain and update client records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Learn and navigate Discovery’s processes and products efficiently to support client needs.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry is advantageous but not required.

Benefits

Flexible Work hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
