Job Description

A well-known organisation requires a reliable Receptionist / Admin Assistant to support the Office Manager in a front office position.  The candidate will have good client liaison skills, both written and verbal. This position is permanent and the candidate would be required to work approximately 40 hours a week, including 3 Saturday mornings a month with reduced hours during the week. R15 000 – R20 000 per month.

Take cash /card payments

Balance cash / card payments

Hours of work:

Full day Monday and Tuesday 8am -5pm with 1 hr lunch

Wednesday 8am – 3pm

Thursday 12pm -5pm

Friday 8am -2.30pm

Saturday 8.30am – 12.30pm

Requirements

Credit and criminal clear (a check will be conducted at offer stage)

Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)

Typing accuracy

High confidentiality

High attention to detail

Experience in working with cash payments and balancing thereof

General bookkeeping skills.
