Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Assist in selling food products to wholesalers using pre-qualified leads. Help implement processes to streamline and enhance sales performance.
- Customer Relationship Management: Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Administrative Support: Manage contracts, orders, and placements to ensure smooth business operations.
- Operational Coordination: Ensure all bookings and essential business functions are executed efficiently.
- Social Media Assistance: Create and schedule engaging content using Canva and post updates on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to support brand visibility.
Qualifications & Experience
- Essential: Prior experience in the food industry.
- Strong sales acumen and a confident, engaging phone manner.
- Highly organised with excellent administrative skills.
- Experience with customer service and handling complaints professionally.
- Familiarity with Canva and social media management (Meta platforms).
- Ability to work independently and proactively contribute to business growth.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop.
