Sales and Client Services Administrator

Job Description

A thriving SME is seeking an experienced Sales and Client Services Administrator to join their dynamic organisation. Candidates must reside close to the Stanford area. This is a permanent, full-time in-office position with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Thursday, including a one-hour lunch break. On Fridays, the workday ends at 16:00 without a lunch break.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients.
  • Manage the full sales process: from enquiries, design and quotes, through to orders, invoicing, payments, dispatch, and client sign-off.
  • Assist walk-in clients and handle communications via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Deliver exceptional service and uphold the company’s high standards of quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales or sales support role. 
  • Background in interior design, hospitality, or textiles is essential. 
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a creative approach.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid drivers license and own car (non-negotiable).
