Responsibilities:
Sales Process Coordination:
Oversee and streamline the entire sales process to ensure smooth order flow and effective administrative support.
Proactively identify and address challenges within the sales process.
Work closely with Operations and Finance teams to optimise sales order processes.
Order Dispatch & Administration:
Process sales orders via EDI, Evolution, and Luna systems.
Collaborate with Finance to generate and deliver invoices to customers accurately and on time.
Coordinate with courier companies for retail and online marketplace deliveries.
Monitor Purchase Order (PO) statuses and assist in the efficient management of customer credits.
Customer and Market Management:
Keep customer listing data up to date, collaborating with the Unboxxed team to build a library of device details.
Track and manage the status and delivery of import orders.
Regularly monitor and analyse pricing to develop valuable market intelligence.
Data and Reporting:
Update weekly sales data on Monday.com to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar sales coordination role.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
A team player with the ability to build relationships quickly.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with Sage Evolution / Pastel is an advantage.
